Shipping policy

1. How long will my order take to deliver?
Item(s) will be shipped out between 3-7 working days after placing your order.

2. Do you ship overseas?
We only deliver within Singapore. For international shipping, kindly email us at contact@mtg-sg.com

3. Can I change the shipping address after payment?
Once payment has been processed, you will not be able to modify your order details. If you need to update your shipping address after payment, please email us at contact@mtg-sg.com

4. How much waiting time is allowed/acceptable during a delivery at the shipping address?
Delivery driver will wait no more than 10 minutes. Additional waiting charges may incur, ie. $5 for every 15 minutes.

5. What if I miss a delivery? Can I arrange a redelivery?
Delivery comes with 1-time redelivery attempt. Please ensure someone is present at the shipping address. Additional redelivery charges may incur.

6. What are your delivery charges?
Nett purchases below S$100 : S$7.00
Nett purchases above S$100 : FREE Delivery

Re-attempt to deliver due to unsuccessful delivery : S$7.00 per trip
Additional Surcharge for Tuas and Sentosa Island addresses : S$10.00
