All items sold are final and non-exchangeable or refundable. All ReFa devices have a 1 year local warranty against manufacturing defects. Please note that warranty does not cover for purchase(s) outside Singapore.
If you are looking to return or exchange your order, we are here to help!
The return and exchange conditions are as below.
- Return or exchange with no surcharge is allowed within 1 day from the date of delivery for the cases that the product is defective (by the manufacturer). We will take follow-up measures and such defective product is subject to investigation. We reserve the right not to accept the exchange or return after that period.
- You are required to return the product in the original condition with its original package, labels, no visible signs of wear or use, and warranty card along with proof of purchase.
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We reserve the right to reject any exchange or return that does not meet the above conditions.
Please also note that cancellation is not acceptable if the payment is completed.
How to process the return/exchange
- Submit your return/exchange request, together with photos, to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- In the case where we approve your request and notify you, we will arrange for return at our Beauty Counter. For items that does not have a valid warranty, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Once we receive your item, our team will inspect and get in touch with you to advice on the next step.
- If your exchange is approved, we will arrange for collection at our Beauty Counter.
