Yes. This device may be used on with or without make up on the skin. After use, be sure to clean the device first with a soft cloth and then gently wipe it over again with the supplied Cleaning Cloth.

Yes. However, the rollers are designed to deliver microcurrent* only when rollers and other hand are simultaneously in contact with the skin. Thus, for the best result, we recommend using it on bare skin.

*Microcurrent is akin to an extremely mild natural and biological electrical current. You will not feel any stinging or tingling sensation.

The solar panel captures sunlight or artificial light and generates microcurrent*. It does not serve a charging or storage function. Please use in a well-lit environment.

We advise using non-alcoholic wet wipes to clean the roller after each use, followed by drying with the cleaning cloth that comes with the product.

Most of the beauty rollers meet JIS IPX7 waterproof standards. However, kindly refer to product details on the packaging for more information.

Rollers should not be used during this period. Also, we highly recommend 3 months after breastfeeding and a consultation with your doctor before starting the use of device.

Do not use the device directly over any mucus membrane, wounds, injured areas, inflamed skin, areas of excessive sunburn, or any other part of the skin where you are experiencing irritation or skin problems.

People who have allergic reactions to jewellery should not use it. If you have had allergic reactions to metals other than precious metals, try it in an inconspicuous area to confirm that no abnormal reaction occurs. If your skin does not react negatively, you may continue to use it.

All ReFa devices come with a 1-year warranty against defects due to faulty workmanship. It does NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect. Any attempt to open or take apart the device (or its accessories) will void the warranty.

Warranty is only valid for purchase(s) from refa.com.sg and authorised retailers in Singapore.

We always ensure our products are delivered in good condition. In cases whereby the item is defective (by the manufacturer), please inform us at contact@mtg-sg.com within 1 day after the delivery. Follow-up measures will be taken, subject to investigation.
